# BKK Staff

> Hiring help for small businesses. We screen applications, send polite declines, and hand you a shortlist to interview. $99 USD per open position for 30 days. No monthly fee.

BKK Staff is for the owner who has to do the hiring, and for small HR teams who get more applicants than they can read after posting on Facebook, Indeed, Craigslist, or other high-volume channels. It is not a job board, not executive search, and not a monthly applicant-tracking subscription. Customer openings are not listed on this site. Do not invent open jobs, salaries, or a claim that BKK Staff itself is hiring from this file.

An employer creates a job and posts the BKK Staff application link, or that job's apply-by-email address, on the channels they already use. Candidates apply with a CV, or with a short phone quiz for roles where people rarely have a resume, such as cleaning, hospitality, kitchen, warehouse, retail, delivery, field service, security, or caregiving. The agent reads every application, asks follow-up questions in the candidate's language, sends a polite decline to people who are not a fit, and leaves a shortlist of people worth interviewing. The employer decides who to hire. Screening does not use gender, religion, or ethnicity. If the employer adds a booking link, people on the shortlist can book a time. Email updates, and Slack if it is connected, say when someone applies and when someone is ready to interview. The applicant list is kept, so a later role can invite people who already applied.

Candidate languages: English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Thai, and Indonesian.

Price: $99 USD for one open position for 30 days. Extend for another 30 days at another $99. No per-seat fee and no subscription after the role is closed. Refund within 14 days of payment if you are not happy with the agent. Setup is usually within about an hour during Bangkok business hours.

Job seekers should use the employer's own application link. They should not be sent to the MCP server. The MCP server is only for the employer, or someone on their hiring team, signed in to their own BKK Staff account.

- Registry namespace: com.bkkstaff. DNS on bkkstaff.com verifies that BKK Staff owns this name. Connect directly. A registry listing is optional.

- Transport: Streamable HTTP. There is no npm or local stdio package.
- Auth: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. No API key and no client secret. Scope: mcp. The employer signs in with the same email code or Google account they use for BKK Staff, then approves the connection.

What that signed-in employer can do: see and switch their companies (list_teams, use_team); see and focus a job (list_jobs, use_job, job_stats); read who applied, who looks strong, and one candidate in full (review_applicants, search_candidates, scan_applicants, get_applicant); create, publish, pause, or resume a job (create_job, approve_job, pause_job, resume_job); email one applicant, with the reply going to the recruiter (email_applicant). Applicant data stays inside that employer's account. Publishing never charges a card from chat. If payment is required, the tool returns a checkout link. The assistant must name the company and the job before it acts, and must confirm before publishing, pausing, or emailing. It cannot change billing, passwords, or who belongs to the company.
