We are hiring M&E Construction Staff-Supervisor (49489)
Salary : 25,000-40,000 THB
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9.00-18.45 (Flexible)
Location : Bang Khen District, Bangkok (Opposite Phranakhon Rajabhat University)
Job Descriptions :
- Primary emphasis on new branch construction management
- Estimation of the budget and cost control
- Master strategy
- Timeline administration
- Tendering, Ordering
- Construction administration
- Examine the same branch to see if it can be used to develop projects in new fields or to renovate the original branch.
- Examining contracts or other related documents, provide conditions that are consistent with company policy and benefit the company
- Provide advice and assistance in resolving problems that arise within the agency.
- Follow up and evaluate performance to ensure that the objectives are met.
- Response relate document and Coordination/collaboration with other related agencies both internally
and externally, such as request quotation, issue request of approval etc.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
- Age 25-33 years’ old
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or have experience working as an electrical engineer
- Possess a certificate of proficiency or knowledge in a relevant field.
- Previous experience working in a relevant field for a retail company and interior design is preferred.
- Have knowledge of civil engineering and system work.
- Skilled in the use of AutoCAD
- Capable of driving a private car for off-site work.
- Good Communication skill for coordination abilities both outside and within the organization
