Position: Operation Manager

We are hiring an Operation Manager who is capable of overseeing and managing 3 branches of Mooood Fresh Bar & Mooood Fresh Bake, including the branches at Phra Khanong, Thonglor, and a new location. You will play a vital role in branch operations and effectively manage the team.

Position Details:

• เงินเดือน: 20,000 บาท พร้อมค่าคอมมิชชั่นตามประสบการณ์และความสามารถ
• วันทำงาน: 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (สามารถเลือกวันหยุดได้ระหว่างจันทร์ถึงพฤหัสบดี)
• สวัสดิการ: สวัสดิการประกันสังคม ค่าโทรศัพท์ 500 บาทต่อเดือน รับสมูทตี้หรือโฟรโยฟรีวันละ 1 แก้ว
• โอกาสในการพัฒนา: มีโอกาสในการเข้าร่วมเวิร์กชอปและการอบรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมโปรแกรมฝึกอบรมพิเศษสำหรับพนักงานใหม่

Qualifications:

• Experience in management positions is required.
• Ability to manage branch operations and team management.
• Good management skills and leadership qualities.
• Skills in building strong customer service relationships and teamwork.
