Recruiting Agent

Talks to your applicants so you don't have to.

Our Recruiting Agent has the back-and-forth you'd have with every promising candidate — about their experience, the gaps, the things you'd want clarified. The ones who hold up end up on your calendar. The rest hear back with a polite no.

Conversation with Daniel Rivera
BKKStaff · 2 min after applying

Hi Daniel, thanks for applying for the Customer Service Rep role at Cascade Coffee. Two quick questions before we get you in front of the team.

BKKStaff · question 1 of 2

You wrote that you "led a team" at your last role. How many people, and for how long?

Daniel · 11 min later

Senior on a 3-person team for ~6 months while our manager was on leave. Mostly schedules and onboarding.

How it saves you time

The week of hiring, minus the worst parts.

No daily triage. No "ugh I need to write 50 decline emails." Most weeks, the next thing on your hiring list is just turning up to the interview.

01

You stop reading resumes.

The Agent reads every CV against your role. You don't open the inbox; you don't compare candidates; you don't track who replied to what. Your Saturday morning is yours.

02

You stop writing replies.

Every candidate hears back — the promising ones get the follow-up questions you'd ask, the weak fits get a polite, dignified no. You don't write a single email.

03

You stop the scheduling dance.

When the Agent decides a candidate's worth meeting, they pick a slot from your calendar. No "Tuesday at 3? Wednesday? Actually 2?" The first time you talk to them is the interview.

What you see

Just the interviews.

No daily shortlist to triage. No 200-CV inbox to wade through. The candidates worth meeting land on your calendar with the time they picked. The candidates who aren't a fit have already heard back, kindly, and you never wrote a word.

If you ever want to see how the Agent decided about a particular candidate, the full conversation is one click away on the dashboard. Most weeks, you won't need to look.

What it won't do

A few things we won't pretend.

It won't impersonate someone.

Follow-ups go out from BKKStaff and reference the company the candidate applied to. We won't pretend to be a specific person on your team, because that's the kind of thing that backfires badly when it comes out.

It won't make the hire.

The Agent gets you to the interview with the right people. The hire is your call, after you've met them. We're not trying to take judgment out of hiring — just the worst hours of it.

It won't override you.

If you spot someone the Agent declined and want to talk to them, one click in your inbox brings them back. The Agent steps aside and the booking flow runs. Every decision is reversible.

Pricing

$99 per job. First job free.

One price covers everything the Agent does for one role: the conversations, the scheduling, the dashboard, the declines. No seats, no monthly bill, no surprise charges. Extend any time for another $99 if you need longer.

Questions

The hard ones.

How is this different from a screening form or chatbot? +

A form asks every candidate the same questions. The Agent reads each CV first and picks the 1 to 3 questions that actually matter for that person, the way a real recruiter would. It's a conversation, not a survey, so you find out who can really do the job instead of just who answers questions fastest.

How fast does this all happen? +

Candidates hear back within a few minutes of applying, so the good ones don't drift to the next employer while they wait. The whole back-and-forth usually wraps inside a couple of days, with interviews booked by the end of the week.

What happens to candidates who don't reply? +

The Agent sends one polite nudge. If still no reply after a day or so, the candidate gets a kind decline. Nobody waits in silence; nobody on your end has to chase.

Can I override what the Agent decides? +

Always. One click in your inbox moves any candidate to Interview, Hold, or Decline. The Agent steps aside without protest. You stay in control of every hire.

What if the Agent makes a bad call? +

It will sometimes. Every decision is reversible — re-open any declined candidate from the dashboard, move them to Interview, and the booking flow restarts. Nothing is final until you say so.

Stop reading resumes. Start interviewing the right people.

Post your first job free. We'll have a vetted shortlist of 5 in your inbox tomorrow morning.
