We are hiring : Guest Service Agent (Korean/Japanese Speaking)
Salary : 20,000- 25,000 Baht
Qualifications:
-Male / Female.
-Vocational Diploma - Bachelor's degree in a hospitality or related fields.
-Able to communicate in Korean or Japanese language.
-Self-motivated and service mind.
-Flexible working time able to change shift.
-Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
-Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Computer literacy.
-Good customer relations skill.
Job Descriptions:
- Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
- Process guest check-in/outs.
- Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
- Knows the location and types of available rooms as well as the activities and services of the property.
- Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notification housekeeping of all checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and day use rooms.
