About BKK Staff
BKK Staff provides a hiring assistant for employers. For each open position we set up screening, review applicants, communicate with candidates, and deliver a shortlist for your interviews. BKK Staff does not make hiring decisions. The employer selects and hires candidates.
What is included
- Setup of the hiring assistant for one open position
- A hiring link and an apply-by-email address
- Screening, follow-up questions, and decline emails
- An interview shortlist and email updates
What is not included
- Posting, writing, or paying for job advertisements
- Any guaranteed number or quality of applicants
- Interviews, hiring decisions, or employment contracts
Pricing and duration
Service is priced per open position in USD: $99 for 30 days of help per opening, unless otherwise agreed in writing. There are no monthly subscription fees for the standard offer. You can extend an open position for another 30 days for another $99.
Refund policy
If you are not happy with the hiring assistant, you may request a refund within 14 days of payment. Contact us at [email protected] to request a refund.
Acceptable use
You may not use BKK Staff to post fraudulent jobs, collect personal data for purposes other than hiring, or discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics.
Limitation of liability
BKK Staff provides assisted screening as a service. We do not guarantee applicant numbers, interview outcomes, or hire quality. The employer is solely responsible for hiring decisions and compliance with local employment laws.
