About

We don't make people work.

BKKStaff was built on one rule. Write the job, take the interview. The Recruiting Agent handles every email, every clarifying question, every decline — and only books the interviews worth your time.

Why this exists.

An SMB owner posts a job for a barista, a cleaner, a customer service rep. By Sunday night, 200 applicants have piled up across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and a single Facebook post. Most are unqualified. A few are great. There's no time to read them all.

Good candidates fall through the cracks. Bad ones slip into interviews. The owner ends up hiring someone who interviews well and quits in week three. Then it starts again.

The tools that exist either cost too much (recruiting agencies at 20% of salary, LinkedIn Recruiter at $900 a seat), bill you every month for software you barely use (Workable, BambooHR), or are job boards that just hand you the inbox flood (Indeed, ZipRecruiter). None of them do the actual work.

We built the thing the SMB owner wishes existed. You write the job. Our Recruiting Agent talks to every applicant the way you would and books the strong ones onto your calendar. $99 per job. No subscription.

What we won't do

The things we say no to, on purpose.

  • 01No managed recruiting. We're a tool for owners who want to run hiring themselves but don't want to read 200 resumes. If you want a human to do the searching, hire an agency.
  • 02We don't make the hire. The Agent invites strong candidates to interview and politely declines weak ones — but the hire/no-hire call after the interview is yours. We're a screening layer, not a decision-maker. You can also override any Agent verdict at any time.
  • 03We don't sell candidate data. Ever. Your applicants are yours. We don't share them with other employers, with marketers, or with anyone.
  • 04We don't charge you in months you're not hiring. There's no subscription. Pay per job, switch off when the job closes.
  • 05We don't promise we're the right tool for everyone. If you're an enterprise with an HR team, you want Workday or Greenhouse. If you're hiring 50 software engineers a quarter, LinkedIn dominates that space. We're built for SMB owners, lean in-house teams, and small agencies hiring frontline and operational roles.

BKKStaff was built in Bangkok. The product is global — most of our customers are in the US, UK, Canada, and Western Europe. The "BKK" in the name is the airport code. We don't make a big deal of it.

Stop reading resumes. Start interviewing the right people.

Post your first job free. We'll have a vetted shortlist of 5 in your inbox tomorrow morning.
