How does the Recruiting Agent decide who's worth interviewing?

When you post a job, we draft 8 to 10 things that matter for the role (you can edit them before any applicants come in). The Agent reads every CV against that list, follows up with the strong ones to ask about the parts that need clarifying, and decides who to invite based on both the CV and what they say back. You skip the inbox.

Won't great candidates with weak resumes get missed?

The Agent talks to weak-on-paper candidates too. It asks them about the gaps, listens to how they answer, and changes its mind when they can show real experience. The CVs you'd skim past and never call back, the Agent gives a fair shot, which is one of the places we tend to find good hires.

What if I want a real human to handle this?

Can I cancel or get a refund?
