A hiring funnel for SMBs and recruiters
Hire from a shortlist, not from an inbox.
BKKStaff turns 200 applicants into 5 vetted candidates ready to interview, by tomorrow morning. You write the job. We handle scoring, screening, scheduling, replying. You only show up for the interview.

How it works
From "I need to hire" to "I have 5 interviews booked." Without doing the middle.
Post the job.
Title, description, where you are. We turn it into 8 to 10 scoring criteria you can edit before applicants come in.
We do the work.
Every applicant scored. Top scorers tested. Low scorers get a polite no, paced like a human, sent for you.
Interview the 5.
Daily digest at 8am. One-click Interview / Hold / Decline straight from the email. The whole hiring loop fits in your phone.
Benefit 01
Get your weekends back.
Stop reading 200 resumes. We score every applicant against your job, run a soft-skills check on the top scorers, and email you a shortlist — usually 5 to 10 people worth your time.
A recent customer service role: 260 applicants → 49 auto-shortlisted in 24 hours. The employer never opened the other 211 resumes.
Benefit 02
Stop hiring people who interview well and quit in week two.
Most candidates can sound good for 30 minutes. The scenario test asks them to handle real customer problems — and then pushes back. The ones who collapse under pressure get filtered out before they reach your calendar.
On a recent role, 49 of 73 finishers (68%) cleared the bar — and the 23 who didn't were exactly the candidates who collapsed when challenged.
A customer is yelling because their order is late. What do you do?
They escalate to your manager. Your manager isn't there. Now what?
Benefit 03
Never ghost a candidate again.
Every applicant gets a polite reply, even the no-thank-yous. Auto-decline goes out 24 hours after a low score. Closure for everyone protects your reputation in any market — especially small ones where word travels.
See how auto-decline worksHi Tom,
Thank you for applying for the Customer Service Representative role at Cascade Coffee. After reviewing your application, we've decided to move forward with other candidates whose experience more closely matches our needs.
We genuinely appreciate your interest and wish you the best in your job search.

First scorecard hits your inbox within 5 minutes of an applicant submitting. Real-time alert when someone clears the soft-skills bar. One-click Interview / Hold / Decline buttons right in the email — no logging in.

From the operators
Owner-to-owner. Not corporate.
"49 of 260 in 24 hours. I never opened the rest."
We post a customer service role and used to get buried. Now I read five scorecards over my coffee and book interviews. My Saturdays back.
"I stopped hiring people who quit in week three."
The scenario test catches the ones who interview great but can't actually do the job. I've kept four hires in a row this year.
"$99 a search vs $300 a month for software I barely use."
As a one-person recruiting team, the per-job pricing is the only thing that ever made sense. I close, I close. I don't, I don't pay.

Questions
The hard ones.
How does the system know what "good" looks like for my role?
We generate 8 to 10 weighted scoring criteria from your job description on activation. You can review and edit them before applicants come in.
Won't great candidates with weak resumes get missed?
The resume is one signal. Top scorers also take a short scenario test that judges how they actually think about real customer problems. A clear thinker with a sparse CV often outscores a polished CV with shallow answers.
Do candidates know they're being scored?
No. Candidates never see scores, criteria, or rankings. The application looks like a normal job application.
What if I want a real human to handle this?
We're not an agency — we're a tool. If you want managed recruiting, this isn't the right product. We're built for owners who want to run hiring themselves but don't want to read 200 resumes.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Free tier is free, no card required. Paid jobs include a 7-day refund if you receive zero applicants. There's no subscription to cancel.
How long does my job stay live?
30 days from activation. You can pause or close earlier from the dashboard.
Stop reading resumes. Start interviewing the right people.
Post your first job free. We'll have a vetted shortlist of 5 in your inbox tomorrow morning.
