Tell us about the role and we will set the hiring agent up for your business so it can work through the applications for you. The cost is $99 USD for one open position for 30 days, with no monthly fee, and a 14-day refund if you are not happy with the agent. Our team does the setup, and it is usually ready within about an hour during business hours.

What happens after you submit

  1. We set the agent up for your business and open the position
  2. You get a hiring link and an apply-by-email address so people can apply either way
  3. We use a resume flow or an online quiz, depending on the job (quiz works well for cleaning, hospitality, warehouse, retail, and similar roles)
  4. If you ask for help posting, we can put the job on common hiring sites and social media
  5. We connect the system to your appointment calendar
  6. You get notified when strong candidates are ready for you to interview
  7. Applicants who are not a fit get a polite decline email
