Too many job applications?
When a single job post brings in more applications than anyone has time to read carefully, the problem is not attracting people. It is what happens after they apply.
No monthly fees. Just $99 for each position you open, then you're done.
The problem shows up after the post goes live
Posting a job is often the easy part. A decent listing on a busy board can pull in dozens or hundreds of applications within a few days. For a small business, that is not a luxury problem. It is a week of evenings spent opening PDFs, skimming the same phrases, and trying to remember who already got a reply.
When the pile gets that large, most people do one of two things. They either grind through it and burn out, or they start skipping applications and hope they did not miss someone good. Neither option feels fair to the business or to the people who took the time to apply.
Why a recruiter or a full ATS often fails here
A recruiting agency can help, but the cost is hard to justify for ordinary roles. A monthly applicant tracking system assumes you are hiring often enough to keep paying for software between openings. A lot of owners only hire a few times a year. They need help for the flood, not another subscription that sits idle.
You also do not need a new place to post the job. You already know which boards and groups bring people. What is missing is a reliable first pass through what comes back.
What we do when the applications pile up
You keep posting the job wherever you already post. We give you a hiring link and an apply-by-email address to put in the listing. As applications come in, we screen them for that role, ask follow-up questions by email when it helps, send polite declines to people who are not a fit, and give you a shortlist of people worth interviewing.
The fee is $99 USD for one open position for 30 days. There is no monthly plan. If you are not happy with the agent, you can ask for a refund within 14 days. You can read the full process on how it works and the offer on pricing.
What changes for you day to day
You should not have to live in a dashboard to know what is going on. We email you when someone new applies, when someone is ready for you to interview, and once a day with a plain summary of the pipeline. If your team uses Slack, those updates can go there as well.
At the end of the process you still make the hire. We take the volume off your plate so your time goes to interviews, not to the first pass through every attachment.
Common questions
Is this only for huge companies?
No. The product is built for small businesses that get hit with volume on a single opening and do not want a permanent hiring stack.
Do I have to stop using my job boards?
No. Keep using the boards and sites you already like. Put our application link or email in the post and we handle what comes in.
What if I hire again next month?
Open another position when you need it. You only pay when a role is open. We also keep your applicant pool so the next search does not start from zero.
