You post an office assistant job on Indeed on Monday. By Friday you have 200 applications. Easy Apply lets people apply with one tap, so many of them applied to 30 jobs that day. A few are exactly who you need. Finding them means opening all 200.

Indeed is very good at bringing people to your job. It's not going to read their applications for you.

Make your Indeed post do more of the screening

Before you think about help, tighten the post itself. A clear post means fewer wrong applicants.

  • Put pay and hours near the top. People who can't accept them will skip your job.
  • List your must-haves in plain words. "Must speak English and Thai." "Must have a car." Not "strong communicator."
  • Use Indeed's screening questions. Ask about the one or two things that rule people out, like a work permit or weekend shifts.
  • Name the location exactly. A district or nearest station, not just the city.

Sending Indeed applicants to your assistant

There's no direct connection between BKKStaff and Indeed, and you don't need one. You use your hiring link.

  1. We set up your hiring assistant and give you a hiring link and an apply-by-email address.
  2. When you create or edit your Indeed post, check whether you can send applicants to an outside apply page. If you can, use your hiring link.
  3. Applicants click through and apply on your hiring link page. From there, your assistant takes over.

Indeed's posting options change over time and depend on your account. If your post can't use an outside link, tell us during setup and we'll help you find the best route.

What your assistant can and can't see

Your assistant reads every application that comes through your hiring link or apply email. It can't log in to your Indeed account, and it can't read applications that stay inside Indeed. If some people still apply the old way, those are yours to check.

What happens once they apply

Think of it as a personal hiring assistant sitting between Indeed and you. Indeed brings in the applicants. Your assistant checks each one against your must-haves, emails the promising ones a follow-up question, and sends a polite no to the rest. You get an email when someone is ready to interview, and an interview shortlist with a note on each person.

Does this replace Indeed?

Do I still pay Indeed?

If you use paid Indeed ads, yes. That's separate from BKKStaff. Our $99 covers screening, not job ads.

What about Easy Apply?

Easy Apply brings in lots of applications. That's when an assistant helps most, so long as the applications reach your hiring link or apply email.
