How it works

From job post to shortlist

You keep posting jobs the way you already do. Applicants use your hiring link or email you a resume. After that, we manage the applications so you are not stuck reading every one.

No monthly fees. Just $99 for each position you open, then you're done.

  1. 01
You post the job and put your hiring link or apply-by-email address in the listing.
  2. 02
The agent starts managing the applications as they come in.
  3. 03
Applicants are graded against each other for that specific role.
  4. 04
We pre-interview stronger applicants by email.
  5. 05
People who do not make the cut get a polite rejection email.
  6. 06
You receive the top applicants and interview them yourself.

How people apply

For each position we give you a hiring link and an email address. You can use one or both on the job post. The hiring link is a normal apply URL you can drop into Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook, your own site, or anywhere else you advertise. The email address is for people who still prefer to send a resume, cover letter, and attachments the old way. Either path feeds the same agent, so nothing gets lost between systems.

Resume jobs and quiz jobs

When we set the role up with the agent, you choose how applicants should apply. For many office and skilled jobs that means the usual resume and cover letter. For roles where people do not usually send a polished CV, such as cleaning, hospitality, warehouse, retail, kitchen, delivery, field service, security, or caregiving, we can use a short online quiz instead, with questions people answer on their phone and no CV required. The screening and shortlist work the same either way.

How we keep you updated

You should not have to live inside a dashboard to know what is going on. We email you when a new candidate applies, when someone is ready for you to interview, and once a day with a plain summary of applications, screening, declines, and who is currently on the shortlist. If your team uses Slack, we can send those same updates there as well.

What it costs

The price is $99 USD for one open position for 30 days, with no monthly fee. If you are not happy with the agent, you can request a refund within 14 days. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.

Well behaved

We are careful with your name

Screening does not use gender, religion, or ethnicity. The agent can work in the languages your applicants actually use. People who do not get the job still get a polite reply in a reasonable time, so your business does not look like it ghosts people. We also keep your applicant list, so the next time you hire you can invite people who already applied instead of starting from zero. And there is no monthly subscription, just $99 per job opening for 30 days.
