BKKStaff is a recruiting agent that screens applicants after you advertise a job. These are the questions employers usually ask before posting their first job.

Is BKKStaff a job board?
No. You post your application link wherever you already advertise. BKKStaff screens the people who apply.
Do candidates need an account?
No. Candidates apply through your link. They do not need to create an account.
How do interviews get scheduled?
Strong candidates receive your booking link. Use Calendly, Cal.com, Google booking, or whatever booking link you already use.
Do you run my interview calendar?
No. BKKStaff sends candidates to your own booking link.
What if applicants do not have a CV?
Use Quiz Mode. Candidates answer job-specific questions step by step on their phone. No CV is required.
Do candidates need email?
Not for Quiz Mode. A phone number is enough.
What languages are supported?
English, Thai, Vietnamese, Spanish, and Indonesian.
Do I have to log in every day?
No. After setup, you mostly receive a Slack or email notification when someone worth interviewing is ready.
Where do I post my job?
Post your BKKStaff application link anywhere you already advertise: your website, Facebook groups, Craigslist, job boards, LINE, or other channels you already use.
Does BKKStaff find candidates for me?
No. You bring the applicants by posting your application link. BKKStaff screens the people who apply.
Does BKKStaff decide who I hire?
No. BKKStaff helps decide who is worth interviewing. You make the final hiring decision.
What happens to poor-fit candidates?
BKKStaff can politely decline candidates who are not a fit, so you do not have to handle every rejection yourself.
Can candidates apply from their phone?
Yes. Candidates can apply from their phone. Quiz Mode is especially designed for simple phone-based applications.
What is Quiz Mode?
Quiz Mode is a guided online application for jobs where candidates may not have a CV. Candidates answer job-specific questions step by step. No email is required; a phone number is enough.
Can I use my own booking link?
Yes. Add your own booking link when you create the job. Strong candidates receive that link so they can schedule themselves.
Is this for large companies?
BKKStaff is built mainly for small employers without HR departments.
