Role Overview

This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote work environment, enjoys communicating with customers, and plays a pivotal role in scheduling cleaning services. The Night Sales and Admin Specialist will handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, close sales, and perform basic administrative duties.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Midnight).

Salary

• Base salary of THB 10,000 plus a 3% commission on sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential and existing clients to provide excellent customer service.
• Follow up with leads to close sales and achieve targets.
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling cleaning services and logging information into Google Sheets.

Requirements

• Native Thai speaker with proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic skills in Google Sheets, Line, and other social media platforms.
• Experience in sales or administration is advantageous.
