Position: Business Development Representative
Salary: Open to discuss
Working day: 5 days / Week
Working hour: 9.00 - 18.00
Location: Remote 100 % in Bangkok

Start up Insurtech company from Singapore provide a product that objectively measures the healthiness of our lifestyle in a meaningful way
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Identify key decision-makers within a prospect company to develop account intelligence and relationship maps
- Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and information in our CRM application (HubSpot)
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Tracking key metrics to ensure sales targets are consistently met
- Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Qualifications:
- Must be based in Bangkok
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager / enterprise sales (SaaS / Tech Preferable)
- Fluent English and Thai speaker
- A people-person – you’re great at building instant rapport and have the ability to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until deal close.
- Great communication skills and a natural networker
- Coachable – open to constructive feedback, and the ability to implement it
- The desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who is ambitious and driven to grow with the company
- Flexibility to work with global clients (overseas travel may at times be required)
