Job Descriptions :
Report to Management
- Prepare reports and analyze monthly performance Quarterly and annually by making in the P&L form.
- Prepare the Actual vs Budget expenses summary report as monthly, quarterly and annual for associated company. In order to know the past performance and analyze together to adjust the operational strategies in the future.
- Supervise the budgeting of expenses. Income and annual operating plans of affiliated companies In summary, executives can see the overall picture of the organization in the form of a profit and loss statement (P&L).
- Monthly summary of cash flow in order to analyze the data of business
- Make plans for disbursement by checking conditions Earned credit period and supervise to be on the scheduled date
- Understand and can verify Bookkeeping process and closing of financial statements
- Check and track cash Revenue from all branches
- Check change, petty cash according to the specified limit
- Prepare documents for financial transactions Coordinate with the bank
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company's supervisors and executives
Qualifications :
- Age between 30-40 years old
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting functions
- Experienced in budget management Able to plan strategically
- Knowledge of accounting principles, taxes and internal accounting controls
- Good communication skills in English and good computer literacy
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
