Job Description:
- Providing a consistent level of service in accordance with Heartist principles & company values to our members on every interaction with every member/guest that exceeds our members expectations
- Responding to member queries via phone, email, LiveChat or Social Media in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Identifying and assessing member needs to achieve member satisfaction
Achieve and exceed KPI’s on a monthly basis including CSAT, productivity and sales metrics - Resolution of member queries and complaints
- Generate sales leads through referrals that develop into memberships
- Developing written content for internal and customer facing knowledge bases
Qualification:
- English and Cantonese speaking as a must
- 0- 3 years experiences in a contact center, member service, hospitality or customer facing environment
- Bachelor degree in related filed
- Able to work in a variety of accounting functions, be patient and persistent in the face of obstacles
- Have the skills to work with a variety of people
- Have a computer literacy skill
- Positive mental attitude
