Resume screening
Every CV read, against the things that matter for your job. You don't open one.
Each applicant gets a clear score and a short summary you can act on in seconds. Then the Recruiting Agent follows up with the promising ones to find out if they can really do the job. By the time anything reaches you, it's an interview on your calendar.

The problem
200 applicants. One of you. Reading until midnight. Missing the good ones.
A Facebook post and an Indeed listing pull 200+ resumes over a weekend. Most are unqualified. A few are great. There's no time to read them all, so good candidates fall through the cracks and bad ones slip into your interviews. Then you hire the polished CV with shallow answers and they're gone in three weeks.
What you get
Resume reading, done before you wake up.
No resume goes unread.
Every applicant is scored against the things that matter for your role, with a quick verdict and a couple of tags ("strong communicator," "low turnover risk") so you can tell at a glance who's worth a closer look.
A summary you can read in seconds.
No more scanning four-page CVs. Each candidate comes with a tight summary of their relevant background and a colour-coded breakdown of what they hit and what they didn't, so you spend seconds where you used to spend minutes.
The Agent takes it from there.
The score isn't a report that sits in a dashboard waiting for you. The Recruiting Agent reads it, follows up with the promising candidates, and politely declines the weak fits — all before you've had a chance to think about hiring this week.

Questions
The hard ones.
How does the system know what "good" looks like for my role?+
We draft 8 to 10 things that matter for the role, straight from your job description. You can review and edit them before any applicants come in. Protected characteristics never make it onto the list.
Won't great candidates with weak resumes get missed?+
The CV is one signal. The Recruiting Agent talks to strong-on-paper-but-uncertain candidates and asks about the gaps. A clear thinker with a sparse CV often holds up better than a polished CV with shallow follow-up answers, and those underrated hires are some of the best ones.
Can I see why someone got the score they did?+
Yes. Every applicant comes with a short summary, a category-by-category breakdown, and a couple of tags. If the Agent had a conversation with them, you can see exactly which scores moved after each reply.
What about bias?+
Protected characteristics (age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability) never appear on the scoring list. The things that matter come from your job description, focused on skills and experience.
What formats can applicants submit?+
PDF, Word, even photographed CVs work. They can apply through the form, email their CV directly, or you can bulk-upload a folder of them. See bulk upload →
