The problem

200 applicants. One of you. Reading until midnight. Missing the good ones.

A Facebook post and an Indeed listing pull 200+ resumes over a weekend. Most are unqualified. A few are great. There's no time to read them all, so good candidates fall through the cracks and bad ones slip into your interviews. Then you hire the polished CV with shallow answers and they're gone in three weeks.

What you get

Resume reading, done before you wake up.

01

A score on every resume, before you open it.

8 to 10 custom criteria, generated from your job description. Each applicant gets a 0–100 score, a Strong Match / Possible / Unlikely verdict, and 2 to 4 auto-tags ("strong communicator," "low turnover risk").

02

A 2-3 sentence summary you can read in seconds.

No more scanning four-page CVs. Each candidate comes with a tight summary of their relevant background, and a colour-coded breakdown of which criteria they hit and missed.

03

A daily digest at 8am, your local time.

One email a day with the top 20 candidates and what changed since yesterday: NEW, moved up, moved down. Skipped if your job is closed or has zero applicants. No noise.

Questions

The hard ones.

How does the system know what "good" looks like for my role?+

We generate 8 to 10 weighted criteria from your job description on activation. You can review and edit them before applicants come in. Protected characteristics never make it in.

Won't great candidates with weak resumes get missed?+

The CV is one signal. Top scorers also take a short scenario test that judges how they actually think about real customer problems. A clear thinker with a sparse CV often outscores a polished CV with shallow answers.

Can I see why someone got the score they did?+

Yes. Every applicant comes with a 2-3 sentence summary, a category-by-category score breakdown, and 2-4 tags. For scenario quiz takers, you also see per-scenario notes on what stood out.

What about bias?+

Protected characteristics (age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability) never appear in scoring criteria. Criteria are generated from your job description, focused on skills and experience.

What formats can applicants submit?+

PDF, Word, even photographed CVs. They can apply via the form, email their CV directly, or be imported in bulk by you. See bulk upload →
