Can I require candidates to apply in English?+

Yes — language preference is per-job. You can lock the form to English, set it to a specific language, or leave it open and let candidates choose.

Will I see candidates' answers in their language or in English?+

Both. The original answer is preserved; alongside it you see an English summary and the per-criterion scoring notes in English. You don't need to translate anything.

What about languages outside the 10 supported?+

Candidates can still apply by email in any language; we'll parse the CV and score it. The full UI experience (form + scenario quiz + auto-decline) is the 10-language list above.

Does the dashboard work in other languages?+

No — employer dashboard is English. We chose to focus translation effort on the candidate experience, which is where it changes outcomes.
