For recruitment agencies

Let the Agent run the screening conversation. You run the client relationship.

Bill your client per placement. Pay $99 for the funnel that did the work. Our Recruiting Agent talks to every candidate the way a junior recruiter would, books interviews under your client's brand, and frees you up for the relationship work that actually closes the deal.

The problem

Your tool stack eats placements you haven't even won yet.

$300 a month for a sourcing tool. $200 for the ATS. $129 per recruiter for Workable. Even before you've placed a candidate, you've spent $700 this month. Quiet quarter? You're underwater. The tool stack scales with your headcount, not your placement volume — exactly the opposite of what an agency needs.

What you get

A funnel that earns its keep on a single placement.

01

$99 a search. Agent does the screening hours.

A typical 20% placement on a $60k salary is $12,000. Your tool cost on that search: $99 — and the Agent absorbed the email-screening hours you'd otherwise have billed against the engagement. Quiet months cost you nothing.

02

Manage clients across one dashboard.

Multi-employer support means you can run searches for multiple clients without separate logins or seats. Switch between client accounts from your dashboard.

03

A talent pool that compounds.

Past candidates from every search stay in your pool, free. New brief lands? Notify the relevant subset before going public. Faster fills mean more placements per quarter.

A real placement, three tool stacks

$60k role. 20% fee. The tool cost is what changes.

StackAnnual tool costOn this placementMargin kept
BKKStaff · pay per search$0 base + $99/search$99$11,901
Workable · per recruiter$1,548 + sourcing~$200$11,800
Bullhorn / Recruiterflow + LinkedIn$3,000–$11,000+$500+$11,500 or less

Margin difference is small per placement. The compounding shows up in dry quarters when you're not paying us at all.

Questions

The hard ones.

Can I white-label the apply experience for my client?+

The candidate-facing pages and emails carry the client's brand (logo, colours, name). BKKStaff isn't visible to candidates. The dashboard you use is BKKStaff-branded.

How do I keep candidates separate per client?+

Each client is a separate employer account. Candidates and talent pools are scoped per account. You switch accounts from the dashboard.

What about retained search engagements?+

If you've collected a retainer up front, $99 per search is an even smaller fraction of what you're earning. The math works out the same direction.

Do you have an agency-specific feature roadmap?+

We'll be honest: we're not building an agency-first product. We're building a per-job hiring funnel that happens to fit agencies well. If you need executive search workflows, dedicated CRM, or sequencing tooling, this isn't the right fit.
