The problem

There's a folder of 80 resumes from the hiring fair. It's been there since March.

Every operator has one. The job-fair stack. The referral batch. The 200 CVs you collected over a weekend at the trade show. The folder from the last hiring round you never finished. They sit in Drive, on your desk, in an inbox folder labelled "to read." They never get read.

What you get

Drop the folder. Walk away.

01

Drag, drop, done.

Drop a folder of PDFs, Word docs, or even photographed pages. We extract each candidate's name, email, and phone, create their record, score them against your job, and (by default) feed them into the same Recruiting Agent loop as web applicants — clarifying questions, polite declines, the works.

02

CSV import works the same way.

Got a spreadsheet from another tool, an agency, or a Google Sheet you've been keeping? Upload a .csv, .xlsx, or .xls. If you've got CV URLs in there, those get scored too.

03

Past applicants stay forever.

Next time you post a job, quietly notify your past applicants and uploaded contacts before going public. Your second hire is faster than your first because the funnel starts pre-warmed.

When this matters

Three real situations.

A restaurant after a hiring fair

80 paper resumes collected over a Saturday afternoon. Drop, walk away, wake up to a ranked shortlist. The owner picks the top 5 over coffee.

An agency switching off a competitor ATS

Export the candidate database as CSV, drop it in. Scoring against the next live role happens overnight. No data loss.

A cleaning service with a referral list

"Friends of friends who said they'd be interested." Drop the list, score against the spec, find the three serious ones.

Questions

The hard ones.

What file formats work?+

PDF, Word (.doc / .docx), and image scans (.jpg, .png) of CVs. CSV / Excel for tabular imports.

Are bulk-uploaded candidates put through the Recruiting Agent?+

Yes, by default — they flow into the same scoring and Agent conversation loop as web-applied candidates. Strong fits get emailed clarifying questions, weak fits get a polite decline. If you'd rather hold the email-out and just see the scored shortlist (say, for a private referral batch), you can toggle that per job.

What about consent / GDPR?+

If you upload someone's CV, you're confirming you have their consent to process it. Built-in unsubscribe and suppression handling means once they opt out, they stay out. More on privacy →

Is bulk upload included?+

Yes — bulk upload is on every job, including the free first one. There are no tiers. See pricing →
