For Facebook Groups & Marketplace hiring

Hiring from Facebook Groups? Stop drowning in DMs.

BKKStaff gives you one apply link to drop into any Facebook post — Group, page, Marketplace listing, pinned comment. Candidates send their CVs through us. Our Recruiting Agent screens them. You only see interviews. $99 per job.

  • One link per job
  • ·
  • Works in any Group or page
  • ·
  • No Facebook integration needed

If you've posted "hiring!" in a local Facebook Group, this is your week

30 comments. 18 DMs. 6 actual CVs. The hire pulls Messenger duty for a week.

You post in 3 or 4 Groups — your local "Jobs in [City]" group, an industry community, your business page. Within hours the comments flood in: "interested!", tags of friends, "DM me," a sister-in-law's screenshot of someone's CV.

Real candidates DM you with chat messages, not CVs. You ask "can you send a resume?" 50 times. Half do. Half don't. You can't compare them because half the conversation is in your inbox and half in Messenger.

Every Group has different rules. Some delete jobs after 24 hours. Some require you to be a member for 30 days. By Friday you've spent more time on Messenger than running your business. And most candidates never heard back — which the Group will remember next time you post.

Same Facebook reach · two outcomes

Before BKKStaff, and after.

Without BKKStaff
  • ·Post in 4 Groups, your page, and Marketplace
  • ·30 comments saying "interested" with no CV
  • ·18 DMs across two inboxes

  • ·The other 50 candidates never hear back; the Group remembers
With BKKStaff
  • ·Drop the same apply link in every Group and pinned comment
  • ·Candidates upload CVs through one form, not in a DM
  • ·The Agent talks to each one in their language, the way you would
  • ·Every weak fit gets a polite, dignified decline
  • ·5 to 10 vetted candidates land on your calendar by the end of the week
  • ·You stop checking Messenger every 10 minutes

Important

It works with Facebook, not instead of it.

Your Facebook reach — the Groups you're in, the local community that knows your business, the Marketplace listing that gets seen by 5,000 people — is the source. We don't ask you to give that up. We're the layer between "candidate sees your post" and "you spend Wednesday in interviews."

You drop the apply link in your post. If a Group disallows external links, you drop it in a pinned comment. Either way, candidates click out to a clean apply form, upload a CV, and the Agent takes over the moment they hit submit.

The link is the same across every Group, your business page, and Marketplace — but we tag the source under the hood. After your hire, you can see which Group sent the candidate who proved out.

Facebook-specific tactics

Three places to drop your apply link.

01

In the post body.

First line of every job post: "Apply here: [link]". Above the fold, before the scroll, before anyone DM-s you instead.

02

In a pinned comment.

Groups that filter external links in posts usually allow them in comments. Post the job clean, then pin a comment with the apply link as the first reply.

03

In your Marketplace listing.

Marketplace Jobs listings let you include a URL in the description. Copy-paste-friendly: same apply link, different reach, every applicant flows into the same Agent.

A typical week

A small café hiring two baristas.

Sunday evening

Owner posts in their local "Coffee & Café Workers" Group, their business page, and a neighborhood Group. Pinned comment in each carries the BKKStaff apply link.

Monday

88 applicants by lunch. The Agent has already emailed everyone, asking about latte art experience, weekend availability, opening shift comfort. 32 candidates have replied; the rest are mid-conversation.

Thursday

9 interviews on the calendar — 6 from the café Group, 2 from the neighborhood Group, 1 from the business page. Two baristas hired by the following Monday.

The owner answered exactly two DMs that week — both with the same one-liner pointing to the apply link. Every other candidate went through the form, the Agent, the interview.

Pricing, in one line

$99 per job. First job free. No subscription.

Your first job is free — full Agent, up to 200 candidates, no card required. After that, $99 covers a job for 30 days and up to 1,000 applicants. One link, every Group, paid once.

Quick questions

Things you'd ask a friend.

Will Facebook Group admins delete my post for linking out?+

Most won't. Job-focused Groups expect apply links; the BKKStaff link looks like any other apply URL. If a Group strictly disallows external links, put the link in a pinned comment under your post instead — same effect.

Can I use the same link across multiple Groups?+

Yes. One apply link per job, paste it everywhere — your business page, Marketplace Jobs, every Group you're in. All candidates flow into the same Recruiting Agent loop; we tag the source so you can see which Group produced your hires.

What about candidates who DM me anyway?+

They will. Reply with a one-liner: "Thanks for reaching out — please apply through [link] so I can give your application proper attention." Most do. The ones who refuse are usually filtering themselves out.

Do candidates need a Facebook account or to log in?+

No. They click the link, fill a short form, upload a CV. Everything after that happens by email. They don't need to log in to anything.

Stop reading resumes. Start interviewing the right people.

Post your first job free. We'll have a vetted shortlist of 5 in your inbox tomorrow morning.
